1. Only unused products with original tags will be accepted for return/exchange. Quality check will be carried out before processing any return/exchange.
2. If you need to return or exchange any product from a combo offer, buy 1 get 1 offer etc, the whole pack will have to be returned. There will not be any partial returns accepted for this. 3. If you have received a defective product, please inform us, we will initiate reverse pick up for the product you want to exchange/return.
4. By using this website you declare and agree that you have the full power and authority to make and enter into a transaction with Bioworld Merchandising India Pvt. Ltd. and that you are over 18 years of age and are legally competent to enter into this agreement.
5. Any fraud, neglect, deliberate omission, wrongful act or default conducted by you will be subject to legal action and Bioworld Merchandising India Pvt. Ltd. will not be responsible for your actions.
6. Bioworld Merchandising India Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from its failure to perform any of its obligations under this Agreement if such failure is the result of circumstances outside its control including but not limited to the outbreak of war, any governmental act, act of war, explosion, accident, civil commotion, riot, industrial dispute, strike, lockout, stoppages or restraint of labour from whatever cause, whether partial or general, weather conditions, traffic congestion, mechanical breakdown, obstruction of any public or private road or highway or outbreak of any communicable disease or any other force majeure, fire, flood or any other act of God.
7. Bioworld Merchandising India Pvt. Ltd may at any time make changes or modify the website, its contents, the policies and terms and conditions including the privacy policy, shipping policy, return policy without any prior notice and it may do so with no prior permissions from users of the site or service.
8. Bioworld Merchandising India Pvt. Ltd. aims to make information about products and services accurate. However, should there be unintentional errors relating to the product, pricing, availability, shipping and product supply, Bioworld Merchandising India Pvt. 10. Shipping of products will be done by the method indicated in the order. If for any reason Bioworld Merchandising India Pvt. Ltd. decides to send the product using an alternate method, other than the one indicated in the order, you will not need to pay any additional charges for this.

12. Once you place an order with Bioworld Merchandising India Pvt. Ltd., you cannot cancel this order once it is processed. You can only return damaged products or products that are not as per your order. Returns must comply with the return conditions as given in this agreement.

14. This Agreement shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the laws of India and subject to the arbitration agreement as set out hereinafter, the Parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.

In the event of any disputes, differences or controversies between the Parties hereto, out of or in connection with the provisions of this Agreement, or any action taken hereunder, the Parties hereto shall thoroughly explore all possibilities for an amicable settlement. EXCHANGE POLICY

We accept exchanges if there is any issue in size or product. You need to go to your order history and initiate an exchange within 7 days of receiving the product by letting us know which new size you want. Once you initiate the exchange, we will send your requested size product in 7-10 days. Please note exchange request will be processed only once for a single order. If the requested size is not available then, we will refund your money.

RETURN POLICY

1. For online payment orders, refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The mode of refund would be the same as per the payment.
2. For Cash on Delivery (COD), refund will be done in wallet in the form of points OR NEFT Transfer within 7-10 business days
